Problem

• My Vampires learn new skill at an insane fast rate
• My sims is trying to improve a skill but the skill bar won’t budge

Cause

Vampires are supposed to learn twice as fast as normal sims. Because of a bug, they learn a lot faster. The same bug makes the skill bar stuck for some sims.
