SimPort Progress and Achievements

Where is my SimPort progress saved ?

SimPort progress is not saved on the EA servers. The information is only locally saved on your computer in a filed called PassportData.package. This file can be found in [User file directory]\Downloads\[Some Number]

If you delete this file you will loose all progress and you can start over unlocking your stuff. Because of this, make sure to regularly save this file.

Where is my achievement progress saved ?

Completed achievements for which you have received a batch are associated with your account and saved on the EA server. As long as nothing goes wrong those are safe, even when you have to reinstall.

Achievements you have begun but not finished (like jogging a certain distance) are saved in a file called ChallengeData.package in the folder  [User file directory]\Downloads\[Some Number].

If you delete this file you will loose all progress and you can start over with the achievement. Because of this, make sure to regularly save this file.

I have more than one of these Numbers. Why ?

This number is your user identification. If more than one users plays on the same Computer, you’ll have one folder for each player and you need to backup each of them.

If one of the folders has the number 5821169621526432232, that’s the user NoXroadsname. You can delete this folder.

What’s the file  dynamicchallenge_<number> in my downloads folder ?
