Store Content Patch, V 2.2 available

There’s a new Store Content Patch.

I have to say, that I can’t get it to install atm. It downloads fine but that’s it.

To trigger, open the launcher and choose the download tab. That should download it. Afterwards you have a file ContentPatch.package in the folder ContentPatch in documents. It’s 7976 kb in size.

Restart the launcher/game afterwards

If you have one that’s smaller afterwards, delete and redownload the patch

Removing CC and mods are not necessary in my opinion, but backing up your user data is always a good idea. Also make sure to remove any 3rd party Store fixes you’ve added.

Changes

  • Updated appropriate clothing to be selectable as Outerwear when playing with The Sims 3 Seasons.
  • Disabled random selection on some pieces of clothing so Sims won’t use them unless specifically directed to.
  • Fixed an issue where users were not seeing the cake slice that came with the Happily Ever Frosted wedding cake in Monte Vista.
  • Fixed an issue where users were missing several Create-A-Sim assets, including the La Dolce Vita Updo and Tuscan Hat from Monte Vista.
