Problem I wanted to start a new game but there no option to choose one of the premade families. The option is missing Cause You are in tutorial mode. The options are being reset every time you update your graphic drivers. Solution Enter Edit-Town to get a message to leave tutorial mode. Further Reading Saves are gone/ Options are reset
