S3S Browser
What is it ?
The S3S Browser is a Sims 3 Tool, created by my husband and me. It helps you to manage your Sims 3 Store purchases, tells you which sets you own if it’s still worth to buy a entire set if you own some of the individual items.
This Software does NOT install anything into your game, it simply checks your downloads and marks items/sets as marked within the Software. You do not need to have the game installed for it to work.
The software and the data is updated regularly, so please check back, especially a day or two after new sets have been released in the Store.
The Store Browser is no longer updated and provided as-is. Use at your own risk. I can’t provide any support either.

Thank you for the updates to the browser and especially all the new pictures- wow! I want to let you know that the sim3 file names for the subsets of the Mid-Century modern bedroom and bathroom are reversed. This is what it says for bathroom: midCModBEDSET.Sims3Pack and for the bedroom: midCModBATHSET.Sims3Pack. Thanks again.

Hi, I really like your browser but still have the old version and am now trying to update to the new version and I’m having a problem. I don’t remember where I installed the first version to so I can’t install the new version, so I’m trying to uninstall the old version, the problem is I can’t seem to figure out how to uninstall it as it’s not appearing in my uninstall list and I can’t seem to find anyway to uninstall it. Can you please tell me how to uninstall the old version so I can install the new version?

Just wanted to follow up and say never figured out how to uninstall but after looking at the details of the error message, I seem to have been able to find where I originally installed from and was able to update to the new version.

The program should be in the programs where you uninstall all programs so you can just uninstall from there.

Can you help me I just bought the new sims 3 seasons and it didn’t work when I downloaded it do I deleted it and I can’t get the reinstall thing to come up

Firstly, thank you for the S3S Browser tool! Secondly, I can get it to work with the XML input but would prefer using an Access 2010 .accdb. Imported xml into access but S3S complained not having tblCategory so renamed appropriate table. Count and percentage screen displayed but all zeros and no display of items. Could you suggest things I may try to see the data. Is it possible to have the Inventory xml output as an Access database / file too. Please ask if I haven’t explained anything clearly. TBH, I’m not sure how to do that. I’m using an AccessDB originally and then just export it as XML but hubby has added some mechanism so that it works properly. Have to talk to hubby about that. Will get back to you later.
