Problem I get the following error message: Disc Verification Failure. The game is unable to verify that your <name of the game> disc is genuine. Please contact customer service Cause This issue seems to be occuring on Mac computers that have custom content installed. I’m unsure if it’s ANY custom content or certain ones and if Store content also counts.
