Exchange Content cannot be installed
Problem I want to install something I’ve downloaded from the exchange but I get an error I get the following error message: Installation failed: Please make sure your game has the latest Software Updates and try again. I do not get an error message but when I start the game, the items are not in the game. Exchange – All files corrupt
08.02.2014 The current status is that many items get corrupted if yo use save as to download. They can’t be installed in the game and Custard shows them as corrupt. Items are ok if you use add to game instead. The items are not added automatically to your game anymore unless you have the game running or if you are installing something else while downloading. Maintenance seems to have corrupted all (or most) files in the Exchange. Don’t use it for the moment. Old and new files are affected. DO NOT DELETE YOUR STUFF! EA Should be able to fix…

Social Interactions are missing
Problem When I click on a Sim to interact with him there’s only the option mean or no options at all. Corrupt (Not a DBPF) / Bad Download / Bad Index
Problem There is always one package that has a bad index or is a bad download. Asking Delphy about is, that was his answer Basically, I define a “bad download” as “it’s a DBPF but it can’t be read”. Specifically it’s talking about the fact that the index offset points *outside* the bounds of the file. Which obviously is corrupted. This differs from a bad index, which is when the index itself exists, but had bad or invalid compression flags. (Which can be fixed).
