Problem

I have registered my game but now I can’t login.

Solution

• You have to use your email address and not your user name to login
• You need to have at least patch 1.63 to login with your game.
• Try to login from within the game instead of the launcher (unless you want to upload something)
• Use a different browser and/or delete your browser cache.
• There’s a file with your email address in  user data\downloads. Delete it. It will be regenerated
• Make sure Proxy is turned off in your Internet Explorer (it must be unticked)
• Reset your Internet Explorer settings

EA had a major loss of data in 2009 that made many accounts invalid. If you made your account in 2009 and have never logged in since, you will need to contact Customer Support.
