Problem

Instead of my own Login-Name, I see  NoXroadsName. Because of this, non of my achievements are being registered.

Cause

This seems to be caused by the browser cache

Solution

Delete the browser history, your browser caches and cookies

You can use CCleaner to do this.

Other Suggestions

• Change your Password in Origin
• If you only have DVD Versions of the game, remove Origin
• Delete the Cache files (incl. the new socialCache.package)

Additional steps to take

Once you have rid yourself of the wrong login Name, go to [User file directory]\downloads and move the folder 5821169621526432232 to the desktop. You should have two folders in there. One with your personal number and the 58211 one (if you have more than one user using the Computer, you might have more then two. Keep all except the 58211 one). The 58211 one is NoXroadsName and you should have no further use of it.  If all runs well after that you can delete the folder completely.
