Problem

• My Sim resets when he explores a underwater cave while scuba diving
• My Sim resets when he woohooing in a underwater cave

Cause

Unclear.

Seems to have some connection to the tentacles showing.

Solution

In most cases you can just retry and it will work. The moodlet can be removed with a cheat so that you don’t have to wait for 2 hours

If it still doesn’t work, try the following (although it seems this has to be done over and over)

1. Go to Edit Town
2. Press ctl-shift-c
3. Type testingCheatsenabled true and hit ENTER
4. Press ctl-shift-c
5. Type enablelotlocking true and hit ENTER
6. Choose the dive lot with the faulty cave and click on the lock-icon to enable editing on the lot
7. Grab the cave and let it go again
8. Go back to Live Modus and try exploring again.

Mods that help with the issue

• Reset the cave with DebugEnabler
• Dive Cave Reset Fix by Shimrod should fix the issue but each cave needs to be reset with DebugEnabler first.
